CRYOTHERAPY FOR BODY - GLUTEAL DISC

Recommendations for use:

Use a cotton cloth as a protector. If your skin is very sensitive, it is recommended to start using this product in short sessions of 10 to 15 minutes.

Cold Use :

Place the product in the freezer in the plastic bag that came with it for 2 hours. Once frozen, place it on the part of the body for which it is designed. Repeat the above recommendation as many times as necessary.

Hot use:

Heat water, put it in a plastic container and submerge this product there, leave it until it reaches temperature and then place it on the part of the body for which it was designed until it loses heat.
